I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better car buying experience. I found Motorcars after visiting 5 or 6 Chicagoland dealerships and experiencing each of them trying to add $5-10K to the internet price for things like “pre-owned cert,” “lojack,” “special dealer package that includes oil changes.” Motocars prices their vehicles to sell and there is nothing hidden in the cost. They gave me the “out the door price” over the phone without making me drive to their location. The entire process took less than an hour. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

My husband and I had such a nice experience with this dealership. Clay responded w in 20 min to my inquiry, and we were able to buy the car of our choice same day. I had forgotten my license, and Clay took the time to take us for a test drive to make sure we were happy w the car. Janelle did our financing, and she was extremely kind and patient! Right off the bat, Clay, who helped me out with everything I needed to do, was really helpful, patient and understanding. Their lot manager Jimmy took his time to show us the car using FaceTime, pointing out the car’s many features and condition. I came from out of state to pick up an suv the week of New Years and of course a snow storm cancelled my flight and then delayed another that day. Mark and Janet stayed 3 hours late that night so I could pick up and start my trip back home. (Weather did not help travel plans) They had everything organized and taken care of for me. This place was a great find. We needed to buy a car while living abroad. They had what we were looking for at a good price. In talking with their team, they recommended we use a third party to check the car out to be sure. We gave that a try and the car came back clean on all counts, when my wife picked it up, it was exactly as expected. The team even went so far as to stay late on a weekend to give my wife extra time to arrive from the airport to pick up her new vehicle. So not only was the staff showing some real integrity, they also had great service and sold us a great used car.
